Membership Details & Pricing

At Cousins Concierge, we understand that time is valuable and our services offer our clients the opportunity to reassess the manner in their time is divided. We offer almost an unlimited range of services in order to save you time and money. If you do not see what you want, contact us, and as long as it is legal and morally correct, we will do our best to help.

We offer our services at an hourly flat rate; prices are then calculated by 15-minute intervals after the first hour. There is a one-hour minimum fee on all services.

Prices do not include cost of purchases:

Basic personal and corporate concierge services - $30 / hour
Waiting Services - $100 / 4 hour block
Special Occasion/Holiday Planning & Coordination Services -  $50 & up / hour

Cousins Concierge provides services to all company sizes. Cousins will assist their employees with lifestyle management. The Company can arrange concierge accounts for each individual employee with a negotiated amount.

Cousins provide services to Real Estate Management companies with utility assistance, relocations assistance, much more too homebuyers and agents.

Service Information

  • We attempt to complete errands within 24 hours of processing a request. We will notify you if a request will take longer.

  • Additional fees may apply for emergency client requests and requests for work on holidays or outside of office hours.

  • We request that you try to provide at least 24 hours notice for all requests.  We will always do our best to fulfill requests for service as soon as possible, on a first come, first serve basis.

  • Cousins Concierge holds the right to refuse any business it feels is unsafe and unsuitable for its employees.

  • Cousins Concierge reserves the right to make all final decisions on services and related costs.

Methods of Payments

Cousins Concierge accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, PayPal, cash, money orders.

Fee Information – Pricing subject to change without notice

  • 1 hour minimum – billing will then be in 15 minute increments

  • As many services as possible will be completed in the hour

  • Cost of any purchases are NOT included in hourly rate (i.e. groceries and other shopping services)

  • Mileage is included up to 20 miles radius of metro area; .48/mile beyond the 20 miles

  • Hourly rate begins from the time the our agent begin request until the requested task is completed

  • Cancellations require 24 hours notice or a $30 fee applies

  • We respectfully request payment at time of services rendered

  • We also offer a "Concierge account" which allows you to retain future service time at a 10% reduced rate.

  • Seniors Citizen Discounts available
